SHIPPING CHARGES - All shipping charges - including FedEx Home Delivery, Expedited, Oversized Shipping, Additional Handling, Special Packaging, Address Correction, USPS, Motor Freight, etc., will be paid by the customer. Any product weights listed are approximate weights and may not be the actual shipping weight once products are packaged.
Shipping charges on large or heavy items orders, as well as orders to certain locations, will exceed the rates calculated by our website. If you would like us to call and confirm the shipping charges before sending an order, please indicate so in the “Additional Information” section of the order form.
Most orders are shipped by FedEx and are shipped as quickly and completely as possible – many are shipped the same day if received by noon EST. If you would like your order shipped faster than standard ground service, please call us.
Large items such as dolly boxes, grooming chutes, working chutes, etc., are required to be shipped by motor freight - no motor freight items will be shipped until the customer has approved the motor freight quotation. Occasionally an item may be drop shipped from the manufacturer (custom items or large items that are closer to you at the warehouse) and will require extra time.
Aerosols must be shipped via ground service per FedEx or UPS regulations.
All customer pickups at our location are by appointment only.
BACKORDERS - We strive to ship your order complete, however, there are times when a product is unavailable. Our policy is to ship your order as completely as possible and ship the backordered item when it becomes available.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS - Orders are filled with quality merchandise and are packed with utmost care. There are occasions when merchandise is damaged during shipment. In all cases, the carrier is responsible for safe delivery of merchandise. For damages on UPS packages, keep the shipping container and all contents and arrange for a UPS inspection. For motor freight damages contact the delivering carrier to file a claim. Make sure any damage is noted by the carrier at the time of delivery.
RETURNS - Return or exchange privileges are granted only upon request, and only on stock merchandise, within 14 days of original invoice date. Highland Livestock Supply, Ltd will not issue credit for merchandise which is damaged in shipping or which is not suitable for resale because it is returned incomplete or damaged. After receiving approval, ship merchandise back to us via UPS or Parcel Post (We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages). Inside the package include your name, address, daytime phone number and original receipt. We do not refund shipping charges. Special order, drop ships, and custom merchandise may not returnable or restocking fees may apply. Videos, CD’s, or DVD’s are not returnable. FRAUD PREVENTION POLICY - In an effort to prevent fraudulent transactions, Highland Livestock Supply, Ltd reserves the right to decline your order, or request additional information about your order to authorize your transaction. If you order is declined or if we require additional information, an e-mail will be sent to you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - We do not accept international orders at this time.
