3# - Chocolate Milk Pre-Mix is a combination of CUSTOM BLENDED BUTTERMILK AND GOLD DUST. IF you can't find FULL FAT Buttermilk, the NEW Chocolate Milk Premix (CMP) is for you.

If you are buying Dried Buttermilk already, ours is different...and BETTER. When drying buttermilk, all of the great bacteria are lost. Knowing this, we have added these vital bacteria back into our custom powdered buttermilk.

If you are using anything other than FULL FAT Buttermilk, you're missing the magic!
